Emotional Outburst Relief

I work with people who are taking out their frustrations on their family with emotional outbursts.  They usually feel ashamed and embarrassed when it happens and regret what they have said.  The cost of this behaviour is threatening their relationships with their partner and children, but they just don’t know how to stop it.  As an emotional management specialist I help them understand what’s really going on so that for the first time perhaps in their life, they feel deeply supported, loved for who they are, and recognised in a way that has them able to step forward in the world with greater peace and ease in their parenting and primary relationship.
